I just got back from the west coast (Portland, Seattle, LA) where I played a couple Bushwick Book Club shows in celebration of Chuck Palahniuk’s new book, Legacy: An Off-Color Novella For You to Color. I also played a couple shows with my friends Lusterlit (backing me up and also playing their own songs). It was a great time. A highlight was the glow-in-the-dark beach ball game that Chuck Palahniuk orchestrated at our Portland show. (pictured below)
For December, I’ve put together a bill with my band and my friends Jim Andralis and the Syntonics (of which I’m one), Lusterlit, Freddie Stevenson and Life in a Blender at Hank’s Saloon on Saturday, December 9th. This is my version of a holiday party. I hope you can make it.
Hope to see you somewhere along the way.
PS Here’s a picture by Scott M.X.Turner, of me singing with Lusterlit (Susan Hwang and Charlie Nieland) at the Parliament Tavern in Seattle last weekend.
