I am now the proud owner of two prints by the amazing Shawn Stucky ( see image below). You might recognize the print on the right as the cover of my first album, Exotic Bird. I’m a big fan of Shawn’s work. He’s made two album covers for me. For each album cover he’s done, I’ve sent him all the music and he creates the artwork based on his response. Also, I have two shows next week. Saturday, July 21st I’ll be sharing a bill with the wonderful Jeannine Hebb at Caffe Vivaldi at 32 Great Jones Street in the West Village. It’s a beautiful, intimate venue and I’m really looking forward to the show.
For those of you who spend time Upstate, Sunday the 22nd we’re playing at the Rosendale Street Festival on the Mountain Stage at 1pm. Rosendale is an arty little town in the Hudson Valley and this will be a really fun afternoon. Come on up!
